Genesis co-designs the transformation process uniquely for each client's situation. We do not use "off the shelf" approaches. The methods and tools are all tailored for the client's situation. While in this web-site we present the services separately, indeed, they are part of a whole. Given the systems perspective we employ in Genesis, each service is positioned as part of a larger transformational context and aims to support the overall transformation goals of the client and the core objective which our clients expect from Genesis-mobilizing performance.
To achieve this, clients call upon Genesis for a variety of inter-related services, depending on their needs. In any one assignment, one or more may come into play. When the clients are business organizations, such as multi-national corporations, the challenge may be a comprehensive organizational transformation, including the development and implementation of a new urgent vision, including business model (associated strategies), culture (values and behaviors), business processes (and systems) and organization design (structure, roles and decision authorities). In these change processes virtually all of the Genesis services can be helpful at different stages.
Or the client may seek support in discrete areas, in which case individual Genesis services are employed.
When the clients are not for profit organizations, such as those devoted to transforming regions toward greater sustainability (environmentally, economically and socially) the central service is regional network building. Again, given the comprehensive and long term nature of these processes, virtually all of the Genesis services can be helpful at different stages.
